One of the most fantastic mountain bike trail I've ridden. Unlike most trails in the south west this trail requires some technical skills. You don't need to be an expert at handling your bike climbing and descending big rocks but it will make the ride a lot more enjoyable.
Large slickrock areas combined with portion of sandy trail around huge rocks makes it a lot of fun to ride. At some places the trail is quite exposed, offering an amazing view to the valley below. Like its name says, the trail goes all the way around the Mesa following the edge of the cliff at some places and entering into the land at some others.
I would recommend avoiding this place in summer and winter as it can get extremely warm in summer and blistering cold in winter.
